Tee Time Policies
Weekdays	Tee times can be reserved up to 48 hours in advance by calling the Pro Shop beginning at 8 a.m. two days prior to your desired tee-time.
Weekends	Tee times can be reserved by members via telephone or in person beginning at 8 a.m. on Wednesday for Saturday and Sunday times. Tee times can be reserved by resident non-members via telephone or in person beginning at 12 noon Wednesday for Saturday and Sunday times. Non-residents may call 8 a.m. Thursday for Saturday and Sunday times.

Rain Policy - It has been our experience that the weather forecasters are usually wrong. Many a great golf day has been ruined by a bad forecast. To help ease your decision, we offer the best rain policy in the whole region. If you pay for 18 holes, and you only get 9 holes in, you will get a 9 hole refund. If you only get up to 5 holes in, you will get a full refund back on your round. If you tee off on the fifth hole, it will be considered a 9 hole round. Anything up to that, you will get a full refund. This refund also applies to cart rentals and will be in the form of cash, not a rain check.


^ Resident Policy - In order to take advantage of the resident rates, a Guilderland resident must obtain a resident card from the Pro Shop for a fee of $5. To receive a card you must provide proof of residency by furnishing two forms of identification, one being a valid drivers license and the other being a utility/tax invoice that displays your current address.
